leeward is a woodworking, art and design studio based in Oreland, PA.

we offer a collection of thoughtful pieces of furniture and art designed and hand made in our shop.

in addition what you see availible here, we also offer spatial design and custom woodwork services. After years of working with residential and commercial clients building projects like restaurants, home libraries and custom tables we have experience not only building any project, but designing it as well.

John Geating is a co-founder of Leeward and the woodshop lead. With over 15 years of experience in the field John enjoys the work as much as he did the first day.

Gina Kim is a co-founder of Leeward and a creative foundation to what we do. She makes the art you see and has an integral contribbution to so many of the designs we make.

Ji Sun Chong is a woodworker who has been with Leeward for almost 4 years now. She is an eager learner with a passion for things like yoga, weaving, biking and meditation to name a few.

Vivien Ho is a woodworker who came to Leeward as a drexel co-op student and joined our team after graduation. She is a fast learner who can be caught knitting and watching basketball in her free time.
