how does the ordering process work? 

RFQ can be placed by emailing us at info@leewardfurniture.com. In stock items can be purchased directly off the wedsite.

To confirm orders and begin production, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before estimated shipping/delivery date, with no exceptions.

For custom projects, after recieving a deposit we do a site visit and begin drawings which we will send for feedback and approval. Once drawings are approved, materials are ordered and production begins at specified time.  Most work is done in our shop ut if installation is required we will notify how long install will take and set up a convinient date. 

Quoted lead times begin upon receipt of initial payment and confirmation of all order details and are valid 30 days after the initial estimate is sent.



how do I pay?
We accept payment via check, credit card, and bank transfer. 



what are your shipping and storage policies?

We deliver pieces by hand in the philadelphia area and depending on the piece will extend our range a few hours out.  

For pieces outside our delivery area we offer both white glove and crated delivery of our furniture to residential and commercial locations.

Shipping estimates can be provided at the time of order placement but may be subject to change. 

We cannot store pieces at our facility longer than a week after the completion date. If a longer storage period is required, we will hold the item to our main shipping warehouse and the client will be responsible for all appropriate storage charges. 



what is your refund policy?
Since all of our pieces are made to order to individual specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges; this policy also applies to our in-stock inventory. 



is there a product warranty?

Our pieces are guaranteed for one year against any mechanical or technical failures only. Should an issue arise, please contact us within 30 days of the item’s arrival and we will work with you to determine the best solution for repair or replacement. 

Please inspect all pieces immediately upon delivery. If pieces are delivered damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of their delivery to the residence or receiver. Damage that occurs in shipping transit is insured by the carrier and requires a claim to be filed for the cost of repair or replacement.

We are not responsible for denting, discoloration, staining, or scratches that occur from use.
