Persimmon Coffee

A collaboration for the books. We helped design and build out this perfect fishtown coffee shop in 2021. Chae and Sawyer have created a wonderful space with amazing coffee and comforting energy.  The shop is small but we did our best to keep it feeling open and airy, but at the same time functional and organized.
