We’ve made a few chairs over the years, but this one feels special. Maybe it’s just timing, or maybe its the 7 different iterations we went through to dial it in, but we’re proud to offer these as a part of our collection. We set parameters for ourselves to keep this one simple, like using only right angles and no steam bending. By doing this it forced us to find subtle ways to dial in both comfort and proportion. Drawing on traditional techniques for the construction of this chair, we believe these chairs will stand the test of time, both functionally and aesthetically.

This specific chair was the third iteration we made during the design process. It is crafted from PA white oak with an oxidized finish, and the seat is woven with authentic danish cord. Not the final design, but handsome and comfortable nonetheless.
